The Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan (IFAP) believes in creating and disseminating knowledge and skills in core and frontier areas through innovative educational programs, research, consulting and publishing and developing a new cadre of citizens with a high level of competence and deep sense of ethics and commitment to the code of professional conduct.

There is no Institution in Pakistan except The Institute of Forensic Forensic Auditing, Forensic Investigation, Fraud Examination and its allied area/subjects. The courses offered by other Institutes and the Commerce Faculties of the various Universities of Pakistan at the bachelors and master levels, are of academic nature only, as they do not fulfill the conditions which an Institution is required to inherit to be described as a Body of Professional Education.

IFAP’s Executive Council Members Meeting with JASAM Management Peshawar

With a vision to reach out to students and facilitate them in pursuing the Forensic Accountant (FA) qualification, The meeting of the IFAP’s Executive Council Members with The Junaid Aziz School of Accounting & Management (JASAM) Peshawar will be held at 34/D-3, Old Jamrud Road, Near Shaheen Chemist & Al Syed Pharmacy, Town Chowk, University Town, Peshawar on Saturday dated 16th day of May 2015 at 1.00 PM to discuss about the role of IFAP within the country and outside the country for recognition, promotion and development of Forensic Accounting and Forensic Auditing Profession. The meeting aims to provide a professional forum to students and an opportunity to enhance their learning experience.



Members Get Together/Members Meeting (IFAP Members Lahore Based)

The Members Get Together/Members Meeting (IFAP Members Lahore Based) will be held at Seminar Room No.3, Level 3, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozpur Road, Lahore on Saturday, 23rd day of May 2015 at 1.00 P.M to discuss about the role of IFAP within the country and outside the country for recognition, promotion and development of Forensic Accounting and Forensic Auditing Profession.



IFAP Signed MOU with Recknors Institute

The Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan (IFAP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Recknors Institute Islamabad for corporate trainings, seminars, workshops and others professional programs. The IFAP and Recknors Institute have also agreed to work together on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which is seen by both Institutes as a key requirement of professionalism in a dynamic and demanding business environment.



Appointment as Member Board of Directors IFAP

Mr. Aamir Ali Khan, an esteemed Fellow Member of IFAP (Country Director Operations NADRA/Former Director Immigration FIA) has been appointed as the Member Board of Directors (Executive) of The Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan (IFAP) with effect from April 01, 2015 for the recognition, promotion and development of Forensic Accounting and Forensic Auditing Profession in Pakistan and Abroad.

Mr. Zafar Zaman Ranjha, an esteemed Fellow Member of IFAP (Chief Executive Officer, Pakistan Railways Freight Transportation Company/Former DG Operations Pakistan Railways) has been appointed as the Member Board of Directors (Executive) of The Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan (IFAP) with effect from April 01, 2015 for the recognition, promotion and development of Forensic Accounting and Forensic Auditing Profession in Pakistan and Abroad.

A new agreement signed by The Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan (IFAP), The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers (ICSM), Institute of Taxation Management and Institute of Marketing Management will see them work in partnership to develop the business and finance profession in Pakistan.

The two leading professional Institutes have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which will promote the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, with both organization agreeing to co-operate in professional education, training, examinations and memberships. The IFAP and ICSM have also agreed to work together on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which is seen by both Institutes as a key requirement of professionalism in a dynamic and demanding business environment. The two Institutes will also identify suitable research opportunities and undertake joint research and publications. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) specifies the criteria by which members of one body are eligible for membership in the other.

IFAP Signed MOU with Association of Chartered Certified Forensic Accountants (ACCFA) Ghana

The Institute of Forensic Accountants Pakistan (IFAP) and the Association of Chartered Certified Forensic Accountants (ACCFA) Ghana have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU allows both Forensic Accounting Bodies to provide service and support to each other members and collaborate on joint research, education and on other areas of mutual interest. This new relationship will reinforce the ties between our two organizations and help us in our mutual goal to further strengthen the Forensic Accounting Profession.” The MOU specifies the criteria by which members of one body are eligible for membership in the other.
