Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any academic background can enroll in the Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program.
- Candidates from any field with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum age of 18 years are eligible for enrollment in the Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program.
- Candidates in their final year of Bachelor’s Degree programs, expecting results within three months from submitting their application to The Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan (IFAP), can also apply. Such candidates will be provisionally enrolled in the Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program.
Duration Of The Program
The Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program can be completed in a period of two to three years (24-36 months) after graduation.
Validity of Registration
Candidates are required to complete all four stages/levels of the Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program within a maximum of seven years from their date of registration/enrollment. They must also complete the Formation Stage/Level 1 of the Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program within three years from their date of registration/enrollment. Candidates unable to complete the program within the specified time frame but still interested in continuing in the FA Program must re-register.
Exemptions/Waivers
Candidates with prior academic and professional qualifications like B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA, CA/CWA/CS, CPA, PFA, and IBP Members are eligible to get exemptions/waivers from certain subjects in all stages/levels of Forensic Accountant/Forensic Auditor (FA) Program on case to case basis.
